sickness from quitting marijuana?!

so I have quit marijuana for 4 days now and I been feeling nauseated and vomiting alot, I feel different aches and pains in my body like one day my chest hurt and it feels like its gone, i been getting diarahhea, I feel anxiety, and stress and feeling depressed and all this **** going through my head thinkin I might have cancer..which probably its not I HOPE NOT! I'm getting a physical wednesday morning so I'll ask the doctor.. but is this all normal through quitting marijuana? I use to smoke every night
