You will get an upset stomach and may get constipated. You need to take way more than that to hurt yourself.

it depends on very many diffrent things i know one thing for sure if u take pills often you build up tolerance and dont take 20 for sure it made me throw up and really dizzy sick to stomach if you dont take those often id say take 3 or 4
