Ideas on these symptoms?!

Question: Ideas on these symptoms?
Just an FYI, I have been seeing a doctor for the past week and all we have figured out is that it is not my gall bladder. I am 20 year old female.

-Abdominal pain. For years I have been having pain on my right side and really bad heartburn. About two weeks ago I started to get abdominal pain around my navel and slightly to the left. This pain does not go away after taking pain killers or anti acids and keeps me awake at night because I can not stay comfortable in any one position for long before the pain gets worse.
-Fatigue that varies in strength, some days I cant get out of bed, sometimes I just start to feel very tired or get a headache if I am up for more than a couple of hours.
-Chest pain. It comes and goes on both the left and right sides and varies in strength, mostly accompanies some form of abdominal pain or heartburn.
-Lower back pain.(may or may not be connected),
-Pain going to the bathroom. I have been having pain that varies in strength when passing stools for over a year. Sometimes I have to set out a block of time just do it, and the pain can be very intense, and the stools are soft.
-Bloody stool. Starting tonight I say blood in my stool. It was fully formed and fairly hard, the blood was kinda dark, but still red.

Besides going back and forking out another giant chunk of money to doctors who only seem interested in ordering blood work, telling me sorry there is nothing wrong with me and please pay the bill on your way out, do you have any suggestions on possible causes. And yes, I have seen the "gut" doctor before and have had a scope of my stomach done about four years ago, and it has only gotten worse without any further explanation given by my doctors, and yes I have sought SEVERAL second opinions. (I am kinda sick and tired of doctors at the moment.) If I could hand them a list of what to test for I might get further along in finding a solution.

Answers:

Tough one. They have looked at your stomah and presumably the small intestine. All I can think of is a sigmoidoscopy or colonoscopy to rule out divertiulitis, Crohn's disease. Have they ruled out IBS?

Your symptoms are not 100% typical of any I have checked, but they must be debilitating and difficult to put up with.
There's a little light(!) reading on the links.
I really hope you get a definite diagnosis and relief from the pain and worry.

It sounds like your diagnosis is a mystery. You should have every stomach test done.

I don't know if this could be a cause, but check for tapeworms.
