Everything smells and tastes like plastic...?!

I did some e on saturday night (wasn't my first time so I don't think it has anything to do with it but maybe) anyways I bite my tounge a bit and woke up yesterday with a sore mouth, the regular hangover but with a bit of a phlemy throat. Nothing tastes or smells right. It all tastes like plastic I dunno like fresh new lawn chairs or something.

Am I just catching a cold? Or is a weird side effect from the e?

Please spare me the "don't do drugs" lecture. I know the risks involved already.
