I have this same problem. I usually stay up very late, on breaks and on the summer holiday, and as a result get up quite late in the day. My body seems to stick to this routine, and i usually suffer from it. If you try to get to bed earlier, by leaving about half an hour before going to bed, and turning of the computer and tv and have a relaxing section before you go to sleep, i often helps to regulate your body into a new routine, while a the same time giving yourself more time to sleep, and making it easier to get up in the morning. Hope I've been some help :)
Probably on a set mind schedule if you know what i mean. Your mind is used to sleeping and getting up at certain times. Try laying down early with no distractions, even if you're bored just focus on sleeping. set alarms for 7:30, it takes a while but you'll get into the routine.
During the summer, I teach my mind to stay up till 3am and sleep in until like 2, a week before school starts i have to go to bed around 8 to get my mind sleeping schedule back on track.
that happens to me 2! I cant wake up in the morning but I can stay up Till 3 in the morning fiddling around! Ya me 2 wonder Y!
