Is this dangerous for me?!

Question: Is this dangerous for me?
I am 161 cm and I weight 59 kilos/ 129,8 pounds. I want to be 45 kilos/99 pounds. I eat 500-600 calories per day and I run for 2-3 hours, I do 150 push-ups and 150 stomach exercises and I'm 15 years old. Is that dangerous ?

OF COURSE IT IS.
Look, were similar age.
I will tell you as i would tell my best friend.
I wanted to loose 40 pounds in a month.
Ate 300 calories daily. exercised my bum off, and when i was forced to eat i vomited...
Something terrible.
I lost weight really quickly, but day by day i felt more and more sick.
One day I fainted at school.
Scared, I started eating again,
I am happy right now that I stopped, because a friend of mine, who did that with me ended up in the hospital.
I was so desperate to loose weight, i didnt care about my health.
And health is more important.

If you really really want to loose weight- dont ever ever starve yourself or count calories.
They will come back eventually- or you will end up anorexic because your brain will switch...
Especially when you're that age.

You need food (energy) for exercising.
Exercising makes you muscles.
But it makes them from energy from food- it burns calories.
So you wanna burn the 500 calories you ate?
Thats reallly stupid, because your calorie intake will be equal to as if you were eating an apple per dayy or so AND YOU NEED THE ENERGY FROM FOOD TO DEVELOP AND GROWW!!
You want to grow, dont cha?

If you want to loose weight, to go a doctor.
Or eliminate eating after 8pm, drink minimum of 3 litres of water.
I was adviced that after my diets, and thats how i lost my fat and became healthy.
DO NOT say "I will loose weight if i dont eat chocolate"---> after the diet, once you loose the weight u wanted to, you will eat as much chocolate as you can because you will be happy you can eventually eat it and gain a few more pounds.

Damn, i wish somebody gave me that advice like i just did, when i was doing what you were.
It would make me avoid so many problems.
Girl. listen to me.

Take care <3

EDIT: WOOOOOOOOOW I WROTE SO MUCH XDD
SORREH.

Here's a site where you can calculate your body-mass-index. That's a number which says something about the ratio between your body and your weight.

http://plasticsurgery4u.com/a/after_weig…

This number will tell you if your present weight is healthy, and if it is not what your weight should be to be healthy. The perfect weight is not an exact number of kilo's, but a range, give or take a few kilo's.

So, that's the weight part.
Then there's the LOSING weight part. THAT certainly does NOT sound healthy at all. If you want to lose weight, you should try to eat in a way that you can feel good and not hungry, and eat in a way that you can maintain. Because getting to a certain weight is one thing, but keeping it is a second! So, if you are starving yourself now, chances are that when you get to your desired weight, you will totally give up on your diet, and gain all weight you lost plus some. It's better not to do a diet, but to change your eating habits. Losing weight is slower but not as bad for your body, easier to maintain during losing weight and easier to maintain to keep the desired weight.
Another chance is that with this way of starving yourself, getting obsessed with eating or obsessed with not-eating is a huge risk. Having an eating disorder is no fun at all (experienced in that field alas) and it can take many years to get rid of it (and many people never get totally rid of it!). Better not fall in that trap and try to keep a healthy view on eating AND yourself.

Check out that site, find your body-mass-index and try taking it easier with yourself!
