Question: What are some ways to stop?
what are some ways to stop me from biting my finger nails? :S I really want to grow them out, and is there any tips or things you can do to make them grow faster? if that's such a thing..

I bite mine too, I was able to stop before though my telling myself I needed to "protect" my fingers but I could have 1 finger per hand that wasn't off-limits, so if I absolutely needed to bite I'd have those 2 fingers left (I used my pinkies because my pinky nails grow quickest for some weird reason). Eventually I got into the habit of not even having my hands near my mouth at all....try it!
I kept painting them until I finally broke the habit. I didn't want to make my pretty nails ugly. Lol I dunno it worked for me.
