it is likely you have a bowel obstruction, go to the ER if you have a bowel obstruction, your intestine could and most likely will burst causing feces to spill into your body causing sepsis (septic shock, Infection of the blood) that will most likely kill you if it does not kill you, you could end up with a colostomy, trust me tell your parents and go to the ER.
