Question: What illness do I have? Typical flu?
I am not feeling so good (obviously), but I am not sure what it is. I do NOT have a sore throat or runny nose, which I usually do, but all of my muscles and bones are achy, and I have shallow breathing. I am really weary, and whenever I stand I kind of feel dizzy and sick to my stomach. If I eat more than a few bites of anything, my stomach gets unsettled, and I feel nauseous and feel like something is stuck in my chest. Any ideas? Thanks!

Throwing up (i am slightly nauseous though as mentioned above)

I'm not sure what you have, but if it doesn't get better within a few days (or starts to get worse); you should see a doctor. You could have a type of food poisoning or something else.
