Question: Shortness of breath a day after getting high?
i got pretty fed up on some medicinal marijuana a day ago
it was my first time so no tolerance. (i had about 3 good hits, 2 other smaller ones)
but last night when i was trying to fall asleep, i felt like i needed more oxygen.
breathing really deep solved this problem...but just breathing normal didn't give the satisfaction of breathing.
it was hard to fall asleep when your hyperventilating so ya.
i used a bong
anyone else have this problem?

if you are a naturally anxious person, weed can make your anxiety worse which can lead to hyperventilation. it has happened to me before. i used to get a good high going but once school started again and i became anxious and stressed again, id just have panic attack whenever i would smoke
Marijuana can have a lot of side affects!
