Question: Please help me im really worried with back pain?
and for the past 3 days i've had this pain in my lower back, to the left. its kind of like i can feel it when i do certain things. i think i did it when i went straight into the splits without warming up first. can someone please let me know if its something i should be worried about or what it might be? because of the rods in my back i start to think what if its made one of my lower vertebrae slip or something and what if i need another operation i hope i'm just being silly though...

Dude what did you do to your self that caused you to need such an operation?
I have broken my neck and back in four different places and I know how you feel, but you are doing really well if you can do the splits, good for you.
You may want to take it easy for a couple of days just to see what is up, but I would think you strained it because there were no other symptoms, you may need to stretch before doing any kind of work that will put you in more pain with a lower lumbar vertebra .
Don't worry about it there is nothing you can do other than going to the DR and look at what is going on in your lower back....Good luck and I hope you feel better soon....peace....
