Having trouble sleeping, keep waking up needed the toilet, can anyone help?!

Question: Having trouble sleeping, keep waking up needed the toilet, can anyone help?
I keep waking up 2 or 3 hours before my alarm needing to go to the toilet. I stop drinking anything by 8 every night but I seem to wake up and still need to desperatly. Then when I get back in to bed I find it really hard to get back to sleep, I just lay there. So rather than getting 8 or 9 hours of sleep I'm getting about 6 or 7 and its having a big affect on me daily. I never used to be like this, I used to be able to go to sleep at what ever time and wake up when my alarm goes off. Could it be that I get hot or cold in bed? Can anyone help?

Answers:

you need 9 hours on average. Negative attitude? Unless it's physical.....if it's only mental....try thinking positive.....through in some exercise....hard to get started but makes you feel awesome when done. Maybe you are not getting enought sleep? Change your diet before bed? What you put in your body can really make you feel diff. in the AM. I notice when I eat a "carby" dinner I feel more bloated in the morning than when I eat mostly protein and veggies for dinner. Don't drink or smoke either. Good Luck. Think Positive!!!!!

Maybe you just need to strengthen your bladder? Try looking up Kegal exercises. Also try eating dry salty crackers, like Ritz, it may help absorb liquid in your stomach

dress up nice and ask it out on a date.
