When you said your arm felt heavy I thought it was a sign of a stroke. .but then you said you could dance, and talk normally.. so it's not a stroke. What did your doctor prescribe to you? Sinus infection perhaps. I can't diagnose when I can't physically examine you. See the doctor again would be the best advice I can give.

Neck stiffness could be meningitis if you are in college (it goes around there alot).

At 14, meningitis is unlikely though.

Probably the infection is causing muscle aches and pains and tiredness. Did they give you antibiotics for sinus infection?

Did they give you decongestants? You can buy decongestants over the counter at the pharmacy or your mom can sign for stronger ones behind the pharmacy counter.

Did they give you any anti-inflammatory pills. You could take an anti-inflammatory pill (aspirin, naproxen or ibuprofen) with tylenol for discomfort. Or a mixed pill like Excedrin or Anacin. It relieves swelling in the nasal area/sinus area and general discomfort.

Might help to turn up the heat in your room with a space heater if your mom will let you.

Try some honey lemon tea and chicken soup (or ramen noodles).

Make sure the furnace filter is changed and clean.

You could try a heating pad on your neck.
