Question: Do you think this is the stomach bug?
On friday my mom sister and I took a 7 hour drive up to my uncles and that night my sister has spaghetti and then threw up once the next morning. She was also tired and had a stomach ache but no fever for about 6 more hours then she was fine. Yesterday we all drove home and now my mom (who ate In in Out burger and a BBQd burger my dad made) threw up 5 times this morning. She has achy muscles, chills and a very slight fever, and obviously the stomach ache. Do you think these are bugs, or maybe from the long drive we took? I'm just very worried I will get it now because I shared a drink with my mom yesterday, and I am terrified of vomiting. :(

your mom seems like she has, motion sickness doesn't usually cause fever and chills. your sister might of just ate something that didn't want to pass, IF it really were a bug, she's strong.
Try seeing your pediatrician or go to the hospital if it gets any worse.
