Is it ok to smoke marijuana once a month with the current medication i am on?!

I am a 13 yer old girl i will be 14 this month but anyway i been smoking weed every weekend for 3 weeks now but anyway i want to limit it down to once a month if i smoke weed once a month what will it do to my body what are the health risks i am currently on the medicine Paxil focalin and strattera how will weed affect me when i am taking those medications should i not take my prescriptions the day i am going to smoke weed and dont tell me not to smoke weed cuz i will so give me a answer please smoking weed one time every month ok for me to do and the prescriptions i take should i not take them the day i do weed and how will weed affect me if i do it one time a month i dont want horrible lungs or anything so if smoking weed once a month is not good for you then when should i smoke weed every other month help! in what way can i still smoke weed but not affect my health!
