i got aniexty here today and its bad?!

i did walk today 2 times so far today, and well felt better once round track and to cvs store,
and well sometimes i go so emotional alot, i feel i cant stop it from happening, just something i see sets me off, and well dont know where it comes from, ;please give me good answers no mean answers please, thanks, i well liked walking i might try it again, making videos out doors calms me down, and add them to you tube,, and well i do be calm when online here, today dont even medidtating today, 7am to 8am... sighs,,, that was needed today, and well tryed but it dont work.
