I think i'm getting a cold and I kept singing and now something in my throat hurts, what does that mean? help!

Yes, you can damage your larynx/vocal cords. Stop singing, drink plenty of fluids and see a doctor.

the larynx is a muscle, therefore it can be "pulled" :)
