did i have a partial seizure?!

i stood up to answer my phone and at first i was fine. after i answered my phone i felt like i couldnt control my body, and my whole body shifted towards the right. if the wall wasnt there i would have fell. then i started feeling like i was losing conciousness but i was still there. i couldnt stop staring into one space. i felt like i was shaking and then i started feeling nauseas.
