Can human waste be transported from 1 body to another?!

Question: Can human waste be transported from 1 body to another?

So, if there was a human whos mouth was surgically attached to another humans anus, and the first human with the available mouth ate food and then passed that food through the second humans mouth forceably, then the second human redigested that digested food, would the second human be able to live for an extended period of time? There would be a seperate hole poked in the "behind" humans cheek for liquids, daily water, etc. Thanks!

But to answer your question yes the 2nd person could live for a period of time... provided the diet of the first person was high in nutrition... what ever vitamins and nutrients are not digested are then passed through his waste... if he eats nutritious food in excess then that left over nutrients that his body couldn't absorb would them be passed to the 2nd person.
