I can neve sleep since i was 6, im always tired i can never fall alseep i can only nap for about 5 mins thats it

Sounds like insomnia to me. I used to have insomnia and I think that the best way to describe it, even though I know that this is a line from Fight Club but seriously, when you have insomnia, you're never really awake and you're never really asleep. You should see someone about it. I used to take something every night that knocked me right out
