How many mg of Valium should I take?!
Question: How many mg of Valium should I take?
I was thinking of taking something for anxiety and Valium seems legit.
How many MG should an 18 year old female take?
I'm average weight and I'm 5'3 (I'm short).
So how many MG should I take? It'll be my first time taking it.
Also, I have asthma and am on Flovent and Albuterol for it. Will this cause me to have an adverse reaction?
And please don't give me a lecture. I never take any pills, not even Tylenol. I just don't know if I could go without taking something for anxiety unless I want to have a panic attack.

Valium should only be taken under medical supervision.
Yes it can interact with other medications.
Different people have different tollerance levels.
At one stage, for a range of circumstances, both my ex-husband & i had prescriptions for this.
Although he was both taller and heavier than I we had very different tollerance levels.
The dose I would take for my depression that would mearly "take the edge off" things for me was twice the dose he would take at night to help him sleep through severe back muscle spasms. My dopse did not even stop me from driving as it had so little effect, his dose he had to be in bed before he took it as it had such a severe, rapid reaction.
Until you have used this medication you have no idea where in the range of reactions you will be.

She nearly died.
I don't care if you just take one,it isn't safe.
