Question: So hungry it's making me sick??!!?

I have an ear infection and it makes me have a loss of appetite. Now I had some really gross mac n cheese a few hours ago and I cn still taste it and I'm starving but don't know what to eat and I don't feel hungry. I feel like I'm gonna vomit or faint

Start with jello n clear fluids. Then move on to banannas, rice, applesauce n toast
