Heart flutters fast, then slow, and hard to breathe?!

Question: Heart flutters fast, then slow, and hard to breathe?
I am 15 years old & healthy. Right now, I feel a little shaky, and my heart beats fast one second, and then the next, it's back to beating normal. And there's a tightness in my chest. it's a little hard for me to get the right amount of air in my body. I don't think i'm having a heart attack, considering I am only 15, and healthy. And I get this a few times a month. And my left arm doesn't hurt or whatever. My chest also doesn't hurt, just a tight feeling. And it sort of feels like I have to cough, but when I do, it still feels the same afterwards.
I should include that I am indeed a hypercondriac. So if I notice something weird about my body, I start to worry, which only makes things worse. Could I be freaking myself out, or something? Please help!

Answers:

Anxiety or Panic attacks.

Perhaps you need extra magnesium as in nuts.

I've had similar symptoms for years, like feeling difficulty getting air; strange fluttering in chest which makes my heart pause then resume, but faster; strange sort of pressure in chest when I stand up or climb stairs, climb down stairs or even just standing still.
I've had multiple tests because of these, including echo cardiogram, EKG and stress test etc.; full labs, and all results came back that I was fine. My doctors came to the conclusion that I have anxiety, and considering my past, and understanding what triggers my symptoms; I would agree with them.

I think it's always safe to check with the doctor if you're not feeling well to see if everything is alright, but it could very well just be anxiety.

Update: I tend to worry a lot too by the way
