Question: Help with a stomach virus?
As the title says... I have a stomach virus, and I was wondering...The last time I threw up, it was absolutely terrible. Should I just keep throwing up and get it out of my system, or would it hurt to try not to?

If you gotta burst, you gotta burst. I had the stomach flu two days ago. Man it lasted for around 14 hours and I puked over 20 times. Holding it in just makes you more nauseous. Once you puke you will feel better for a few minutes afterwards so its worth it.
