What's better? Reverse osmosis or filtered water?!

Question: What's better? Reverse osmosis or filtered water?
I have been getting bottled water for so many years now but want to switch to filtered or purified water. I don't know the difference between all the filtration systems but I have read somewhere that reverse osmosis isn't as healthy as a lot of people think because it takes out all of the healthy minerals that the body needs from water and that filters take out most of what reverse osmosis takes out.

Anyone know if this is true?

Answers:

Reverse osmosis is better. It will safe you money. You have controls over your filtered water; you can use a reusable healthy water bottle to carry your water anywhere you go.

Reverse osmosis filter doesn't take essential minerals from water only a distiller do. The only thing you may be concerned with is that it elevates sodium concentration in the filtered water. You can compare filter prices with this tool located at http://www.waterfilters-camping-water-pu…

Osmosis because its water moving through difussion from a point of high to low concentration solute and solvent.

Just took a test on osmosis.

Reverse osmosis gives you cleaner water
