She MIGHT, though, call 911 have have you hospitalized.

Nope! Just tell her you are very nervous about seeing her.

Do not take "leftover pills" or any pills that are not currently prescribed to you - they could cause much damage.

She needs to know your ups and downs and issues in order to give an appropriate diagnosis(es).

If you take those meds (and this is your first time doing something like this) she will write down that you are a drug abuser, may send you to the hospital (I've been in one - not for drugs, for mental).

Just breathe slowly and deeply in through your nose, and slowly out through your mouth. Repeat until you've calmed down.

I just started with a new Psychiatrist myself! :o)
