Question: How to keep my nose from draining into my throuy?Asap?
like i feel fine but if i sniffle or talk alot my throut will start hurting. my mom said we should see if i get worser till we go to a doctor. i cant blow my nose bc of lung probs. i also cant take over the counter cold meds.

any ideas on how to get better i missed 3 days of school my mom dose not want me to get sicker.
