Is This an Anxiety Attack?!

Question: Is This an Anxiety Attack?
Sometimes, usually when 'm thinking about school or something kind of stressful, my chest or lungs tighten up. They feel like they're being squeezed and the pain is so bad I can't breathe or move at all. It started happening about 4 years ago but I haven't done anything, but the attacks have been coming more often and getting more painful.
It usually happens when I'm alone and I don't know how to tell anybody. I'm 13, so I know I'm really young, but I know some thing's wrong.
Am I having anxiety attacks or am I just not breathing properly or something? The pain is usually around my chest, lungs, or ribs. Any advice or tips would really be appreciated.

Answers:

that sounds more like panic attacks. when this starts, stop whatever your doing and try to relax. breathe normal, deep breaths. it should pass fairly soon. i am assuming this happens when you are really stressed. if this continues... you need to tell your parents.

in a way yes it can be.but go get checked it could be an underlying internal problem.
