I have a nasty cough with phlegm.
Nasal congestion & post nasal drip.
& I have been sneezing a good bit.
Can neck pain occur since when you sneeze you move your head down?

yes. sneezing takes a lot of energy, believe it or not. thats why sometimes you may feel slightly dizzy or spaced out after a big sneeze. and since your neck is so sensitive, even just moving the wrong way can make it hurt. so ya sneezing could have jerked your head the wrong way and it will be sore. if it doesn't stop, though, see a dr imediatly. neck pains are no joke.
