cold hands and feet ?!

Question: Cold hands and feet ?

lol i'm just wondering if its unusual to have a cold hand and feet.. . . . for some reason i never meet anyone that has a cold hand like i do. . . every day for some reason even if the temp is warm my hand are always cold that also usually happen during the day . . .but at night for some reason the opposite thing happen my hands turn really warm and my feet begins to frees, sometimes i can't sleep coz it really bothers me. . . .does it have to do with blood circulation or something ?

It's just poor blood circulation. This happens to me all the time like on a daily basis. Or if you listen to my grandma cold hands mean a warm heart ha.

Do you smoke? Smokers have circulatory issuse; the calmyness might be caused by the shrinking of blood vessles assoiated with smoking; other commonhealth issues that can cause circulatory issues is: diabetes, copd, heart disease, weight, height. Im proper diet and sudden weight gain, besides attributing to diabetes, can cause circulatory issues. Trauma to your hands could cause issues. Your line of work might be causing it as well.

Dehydration or blood sugar problems.
