How can I get a goodnight sleep?!


Question: How can I get a goodnight sleep?
Its 3:05 in the morning and I went to sleep at 11(pm) so I'm very tired. I try going to sleep but I wake up 1 minute later. Any ideas on having a goodnight sleep?

It seems to me that your body has a serious problem. It will be the best way just to see a doctor. Normally, it is effective way to drink a cup of warm milk. However, your case seems serious. Not sleeping causes many problems as you know. See a doctor for your health and your family worrying about you. Cheer up!



a) your body will, eventually get the sleep it needs
b) The sleep of the righteous/just....it is not just a saying, the fact is if you are right with the world you can sleep in peace.
c) having an 'easy reading' book by your bed to fill in any sleepless hours might help...and put pleasant thoughts in your head.
d) we all have those silly nights when it feels like if you don't go to sleep soon it will be time to get up...its called a really bad night. try not to add stress to the mix, just shrug it off and rest...it is almost as good as sleep anyway.



I turn on my ipod and listen to music. Or i just wake up and drink some water ,walk around then i eventually get tired and doze off.
