How to calibrate medical scales?!
Question: How to calibrate medical scales?
I have a scale from a hospital, one of those tall ones you step on and slide the scale at the top. It needs calibrated, but the closest scale people are over an hour away. Is there a way I can calibrate it myself?
Answers:
Weigh something that tells its weight on the box or package. Then calibrate to that figure.
May be approximate but better than nothing, only ounces off.
When you get time go calibrate it better.
