Question: I always feel so tired and sad?
I'm always so tired and sad all the time, and I do not know why. I can sleep 12 hours and still be extremely tired, and sometimes I just feel like I wanna break down and cry. I am only 13.. I don't know what to do!

Don't worry their are many people who feel that way.
Im sure you are not alone.
You should try exercising.
When people exercise they feel better about their selfs.
Or you should try getting a good hobby mabye try...
Drawing, singing, writting poems or anything that will make you happy.
You should try talking to a friend or a counsler in your school.

I have discovered that the MORE I sleep, the more tired I am.

Seriously. If I get 7 to 8 hours of sleep, it might be tough to get out of bed at first, but once I'm up, I dont' get tired at all during the day.

At your age, it's really easy to get tired, bored, depressed. Don't worry about it, everyone your age probably feels the same way. Just try to find things that you enjoy doing and explore them further. Spend time with good friends and people you love and try to have a positive outlook. It'll be ok, trust me!

Mainly though, try to sleep less and get outside, or doing something active. Famous inventors like Edison only slept 4 hours a night, and look at all the work they got done!

Well, first of all, did you know that sleeping over 8hours ACTUALLY makes you more tired, what you have right now is Depression, which is not good for someone as young as you! Is there any particular reason as to why you want to break down and cry? There's no reason for anyone to feel like this, my advice for you is Cheer up! Your young and you have many more years of your life to live, There will always be good and bad times in life, stay strong, stay positive, everything will get better eventually better, but remember this saying. " Live life good for today, for a better Tomorrow". Talk to your parents about it, go out with your friends and have fun, your so young there should be no reason as to why you are depressed. Be happy, what you need is to be outside of your house more often, go to the mall, play games, go to the movies with your friends. BE HAPPY! LIFE GOES ON!.
