I would eat something with a lot of fiber to harden your poop if it keeps coming out, and drink water.
Im no sure if there is anything else you can really do to relive that pain.

nothing much you can do, your body has to get rid of them somehow...just take some painkillers, drink gatorade to replenish electrolites and never do that again.
