alternate tylenol adult dose with Motrin 400-600mg RTC for a few days, cont fluids, rest. or skip these meds, just take Nyquil. It's serious if you don't get better after a week, or if you have an underlying illness or immunosuppressed for any reason or you get a bacterial infection in addition to this. stay home from work, wash your paws.
