Question: I need help with sleeping?

exercise. exercise in the morning for at least 1 hour and make sure you sweat. you'll have the endorphis to get you through the day and when it's bed time, you'll be sleeping like a log.
cut out soda, chocolate, wine/alcohol, and avoid watching tv or loud music for at least an hour before bedtime.
drink a small glass of soymilk (4-8 oz) right before going to bed (so you won't wake up hungry).
Well, its a good thing that you're turning your life into a more healthy chapter..
However,health is IMPOSSIBLE without good sleep..
What i would suggest you is that you should do at least 2 hours of exercise every day..And other than that, do some house chores which require physical strength..Believe me,by the time you're done your body will be forcing you to sleep..G-d Bless
Cold milk is actually more useful in getting sleepy than hot milk..

Normally i drink a cup of tea a half hour before bed and i close my eyes and listin to music. But on the weekends i stay up late and sleep late in the morning.
Well i hope we both get some rest tonight!
