How late do you stay up?!

Question: How late do you stay up?
How late do you stay up when you don't have school or work?

Answers:

It all depends on every individual, I guess.
A healthy individual generally can sleep for a duration of at least 8 hours needed for the body to do its own maintaining functions like enhancing all the metabolisms relatively important for a person's internal parts to work properly according to its design and distinct framework in order for that individual to live a reasonable longer life, like the processing network of our blood and flow circulation, the renewal of old cells,or recharging our whole body if you will, are all considerably, very active during a normal sleep.

Our body has its own body clock to when you feel sleepy and when you are supposed to wake up. It all depends in your regular rhythm or sleep pattern for a 24hr clock cycle period. If you get used to be sleeping from 10PM and your body clock wakes you up at 6 or 7 AM then, you are in the safe level of your total rest period required by your body to be healthy, more than this will increase the chance of becoming unhealthy because the body needs some input of calories also taken from your food like your breakfast, lunch and dinner. On top of this, you need to keep a balance way of life, diet and exercise is very much needed. If you sleep less than your body required, on the other hand, it can also be an issue of some health problems.
