Well ...why does it? Like really, what causes it? Does everyone feel this?

Answers:

Physics meets anatomy. There are articles upon articles explaining this science. Spiritual awareness. This tingling goes into the ears than mind, giving off a physical sensation. One can be deaf & still enjoy the feeling of the reverberation. Isn't it so cool though? Music = life. :D

I know exactly how you feel. I can usually tell when it's coming on. After I see something specific that reminds me of something sad or a song or a lyric I instantly get that tingly feeling and I don't know what it means but it start from top and goes to bottom, at least for me. I don't think it's anything bad, and I'm sorry I don't know what to call it. I'm not sure if anyone other feels this, I thought it was just me, but I guess others do too.

I feel it too, when im listening to a really depressing song.
Maybe its just a human emotion for emotional people.

Pink - F^*!ckin Perfect
My Chemical Romance - Helena
My Chemical Romance - I Dont Love You
Aiden - Silent Eyes
Jamestown Story - Goodbye (Im Sorry)
JamisonParker - Alcohol & Bandages

You are normally an emotional person..sensitive enough to respond with your emotions that goes with the music and subconsciously, your body responded just exactly what you feel with the music you heard.

your probly turned on to some certain music that u listen to u and if ur a boy it probly easier for u to be turned on... there is another word for being turned on but i wont say it

When I listen to really sad music, or I see people die that happens to me.

I'm a First responder.
