I stay up until 6:00am every night?!

Question: I stay up until 6:00am every night?
I've always gone to bed late, but for about two weeks now i've been going to bed at 6:00am. I just can't sleep or I leave things to the last minute and decide to do them in the early hours of the morning. If I can, I sleep in but I have to get up at about 10:00am on non-school days and 7:00am on school days.
How could this be effecting me? How do I make myself go to sleep and do thing in the DAY instead of the morning?

Answers:

The two idiots that said this is bad for you are idiots, haha.

As long as you get 8 hours of sleep every night (doesn't matter what time you fall asleep) you're fine.

I had that same awesome sleep schedule recently and now I ****** it up with caffeine.

Nocturnal humans FTW

id advise to get some melatonin tablets they will make you drop off to sleep. are you eating well? its all about self discipline, do the things you need to do in the day so you can sleep at normal hours otherwise it can start to affect your school work. eat properly and excercise so at least you will be tired by the end of the night.

It is not good for you. Your immune system is weak from the lack of sleep, so now you are more susceptible to getting sick.

Try making an agenda or to do list when you get home from school, and get to work on those things right away. If you can't focus for long periods of time break up the work by doing a few things, then eating or watching 1 tv show or something. It's what I do.

It is said that if you leave your window open at night and let the light shine through, then it resets your sleeping schedule. I have tried it before and it worked for me. (Or maybe it was because I thought about it so much that I thought it worked). Then of course there are always sleeping pills.

i stay up till 4 every night i don't like staying up . truthfully i am 10 i need help to

This is really bad for you
