Why are my feet really cold?!
Question: Why are my feet really cold?
I seriously mean really really cold, and my hands are cold too, my nails are blue. And I tried taking a hot bath, I tried washing my feet & hands with warm water like 3 times. And I'm wearing warm clothes, and 2 pair of thick socks with 1 pair of slippers...but my feet are still REALLY cold :s what can I do to get warm?? and please don't say drink hot chocolate or something, because I don't like hot chocolate, and I'm not in the mood to eat :/

Maybe because the blood isn't circulating fully.. I have cold feet and hands as well.
go to a place with a hot tub sit there for 15 minutes if that doesnt work take a hot bath then put 2 pairs of very warm socks and slippers
if this is very serious there is a product that is a slipper that heats up by conecting to a computer with a usb try it

maybe you aren't getting enough circulation to your feet.
put on socks and turn on the heat
