not eating can cause dizziness /blackouts?!

Question: Not eating can cause dizziness /blackouts?
long story short i was in target just an hour ago and i haven't eaten since about 5 last night where i only ate 5 bites of chicken and it was 3 today when it happened. i don't eat a lot and i skip meals a lot. don't tell me i need to eat, i know that. i wont. but is that what caused this-
i yawned and stretched, then everything had a black tint and was blurry and i felt really dizzy for about 15 seconds like i was gonna pass out.

Sometimes you throw up if you don't eat.I'm a light eater myself.here are some tips.don't over heat yourself .when I get to hot even if it's in the car I just take my coat off.most of the time I bring a coat in my car and wear a jacket .even in winter.+ if you start to feel dizzy again eat something.keep water and I suggest special k bars or gummies in your purse.maybe it would be best to carry pepsi or something like that in your purse for you blood sugar. Good luck!!

Past experience

yep. you need to eat or you can pass out, especially if your blood pressure or blood sugar is low. if you feel dizzy put your head down between your knees. but you need to eat more

yes not eating food can cause dizziness n blackout
stretching also causes dizziness due to blood circulations

Yes, your blood sugar is probably too low. That will cause the dizzy/faint feeling. I used to be anorexic...

Yup definatly if your body doesnt get wat it needs it's gonna play up lol
