Help! Why am I feeling this way?!?!


Question: Help! Why am I feeling this way?!?
The past couple days now I have been feeling dizzy, light headed, and shortness of breath. My heart starts pounding sometimes, because I feel like im going to pass out. I consider myself a healthy person, I just worked out the past 3 days and I eat healthy. Like this morning I had a bowl of oatmeal and 2 cups of coffee, didn't have lunch just a apple, then around 3 I had a bowl of mac and cheese, at 5 a bowl of raviolis, around 7:30 had 2 tangerines and a ham and cheese sandwich. I drink a glass of water with every meal so I know im hydrated. I was just about to go run a couple miles now, but i'm not sure if its a good or bad thing now lol....

Why is this happening to me, I thought I was in good health?I don't have a doctor to go to now so don't just tell me that.

If this is a new regime for you, then it doesn't sound to be good. If you are feeling like passing out and your heart is pounding, perhaps the caffeine int he coffee has something to do with it. You should drink more water between meals, not just as meal times. A couple miles run is quite severe too. Try stopping the exercise and get a bit of rest. You are overdoing things and probably not eating enough or drinking enough fluids. If you are dehydrated you will feel dizzy, so re-evaluate what you are doing and get it all in more perspective.

When you change your routine, your body needs to adjust, and if you are changing it drastically, then it will show you signs, like feeling dizzy.

Lay down and go to sleep man. Do anything else, and your're doomed. You've been working too hard. How much sleep is in your schedule. You need more than 7 hours. Especially if you're working out.
