Question: My hands have been shaking?

So my hands have been shaking uncontrollably for about a week now, and it's really getting on my nerves. I can barely take legible notes in school or text on my phone. How do I make them stop shaking?

My Mum whose insulin resistant gets that way. She eats something with carbs or a quick burst of sugar. Try eating some ollies (candy) or a bowl of pasta for an energy burst. If this doesn't work go talk to your doctor.

I always find a shot or 2 of vodka helps. Can you tell us what country you are in, that would help as some places are getting nerve damage via certain foods in certain places.
