Eat a well-balanced diet, maintain a normal weight and get an adequate amount of exercise and sleep. If you have any unhealthy habits, stop them.



Eat as much raw or unprocessed food as you can every day and never eat anything that you don't want to. Hatha yoga and acupuncture are extremely effective for anything.

Don't eat fruit with or after other foods (at least 20 min before). Learn how to breathe into the back of your ribcage (someone can put their palms on the back of your ribs and try to press against their palms while you inhale, it can take a while to learn). Drink a lot of clean water, from steel bottles not plastic, but try not to drink with food.

One of the most important things to ever do is use Bio Chelate (spelling ? or Chelat), ordered online, to remove toxic metal buildup in the body. And remove all sources including cookware, pipes, I forgot what actually, there are many sources, and our bodies don't have a way to remove it naturally because it's a new toxin of the industrial age and is a deeper root cause for basically anything else you can think of. And is very dangerous. It will make a noticeable difference in everything. Just like everything else I mentioned here, which all seem like you wouldn't notice much difference if you've never tried this stuff, but it's the most noticeably effective stuff for everything. All this stuff effects everything very significantly.

For example, bread and pasta are processed food. Rice & beans are not, if cooked fresh (soak beans overnight; lentils, split peas and mung beans can be cooked with rice or other delicious whole grains without soaking, for example millet or amaranth, olive oil with those and some chopped raw vegetables or steamed on top of the rice when almost done is delicious). Exposure to heat (cooking) destroys many nutrients, but is still completely different from pre-processed food. If you eat like that it will make the difference you're looking for very quickly. But if you make any sudden big changes in diet or lifestyle, be prepared in case you get detoxification symptoms so you don't get confused.
