Question: If you're unconscious and your pupils are contracted is that good or bad?

Assume there is head injury.
Is it good or bad if they're dilated?

Answers:

Pupils should always react to light, whether or not a head injury is involved.

If there's a head injury there is clearly nothing good about it.

And I wouldn't be worried about the state the eyes are in, I'd be worried if they're not responding to stimuli, e.g. light.
