Question: Sick of this anxiety now?? any solution?
I am 18 and i have this anxiety that keeps causing me have loose stool everyday. I went to my doctor and he said you will get over with it and since you are young, i don't wanna give you medicine.
But what the heck?? i mean does this mean i have to live with this till i am old and than take medicine?? And NO, it's not diet that's causing this.

Loose stool can be caused by excessive anxiety,. Anxiety can even contribute to irritable bowel syndrome. You should get a second opinion if this doctor will not listen to your concerns.
