Question: Please help me! I am sick and have black fecal matter!?

I have food poisoning and I had it all day yesterday. I was throwing up and I had diarrhea. All I ate were 2 pieces of bread. This morning I am feeling better. I haven't thrown up and when I used the bathroom, my poop was just about solid. I look, and its completely black. But I feel better. I ate a bowl of rice this morning to help with my stomach. What should I do? Is it because I haven't eaten anything or what? I'm on my period if that helps.

Black stool means your bleeding internally along your digestive tract, perhaps the food poisoning caused major damage. This can lead to infection if not taken care of. Stay calm and go to the hospital where they can give you an exam and stop the source of bleeding.

It means it is dense and has release a lot of your... rice. Or it could be a chemical reaction between the rice biotoxins and the quandium mass of the food you ate that poisoned you. Either way, your safe... Or are you?

Just wait 3 or 4 days.That's what i did.
