so is it okay if i have the redoxon pill in the morning, also have the one a day after brekfast, and then 2 pills of the acai berry, and then 2 of them in the afternoon. im not sure it just seems liek to much in the morning. so help would be apreciated, thank you!!

Take the One a Day and the vitamin C in the morning after breakfast.
After you run out of the acai, stop wasting your money on it.
It is not doing you any harm but not doing you any good either.
Check the label. I think they throw some vitamin C in those to give them some value.
If that is the case, stop the Redoxon until you run out of the acai.
