Question: Td/Tdap vaccines and immunizations?
I'm filling out an immunization and health requirement form for college, and it says that a Tdap/Td vaccine is required. Looking at my shot record, it says I have a vaccine for Dtp/Dt/Td, but I don't have one for Tdap.
What does all this mean? Do I even have the right vaccine?

You're good. Tdap (tentanus diphtheria and pertussis) which you already have in "Dtp." The acronyms vary to distinguish between acelluar and whole vaccines.
