should i just stay up all night?!


Question: Should i just stay up all night?
i took a nap at 7-10 and it is now almost 12 30 in the morning and am not tired at all. i figured if i stayed up all night, i'd be able to get a normal sleeping schedule tomorrow because for the last week or so i've been inducing sleep through medicine. should i just pull an all nighter (i ususally get up at 6:30) and go to bed at a normal time tomorrow,, or induce sleep through medicine (because i will not be going to bed any time soon)

I just got back from a business trip in Atlanta pulling all nighters every night. I live in California and the time change scrwed my schedule up bad. I am a valve engineer and had to take tests and all that boring stuff. A few hours of sleep is better than none trust me.



I'm doing the same thing right now! But it's because I've procrastinated with my homework... haha. Anyways, it's probably not the best thing to stay up all night. Trust me, I've done it before. You may feel awake at first, but then there's always the crash at some point. You could induce sleep through medicine if you REALLY can't fall asleep. I would recommend wrapping yourself up in a warm blanket and doing something relaxing. Read a book, write, draw, or just listen to some mellow music. The music is probably the best way.

Edit: And just to let you know, my all-nighter went great!



Even if you think you've gotten enough sleep, YOU NEED AS MUCH SLEEP AS POSSIBLE!!!! Sleeping will help with your health and everything- no matter HOW many naps you've had, GO TO SLEEP!!!!! And don't take that medicine, its not good for you... But if you need help going to sleep, just lie down don't think about ANYTHING, okay? Please go to sleep, you'll be hurt if you don't. :3

i take a sleeping pill and its the best thimg ever i used to have a horrible sleeping problem until the meds. it starts with a m for the name od the med.



decide on your regular sleeping schedule and take like 1-3mg of melatonin at that time

Pull the all nighter. You'll be tired as hell tomorrow though

dont take anymore sleep meds, wait for it to come naturally
